Plant Sterols have been shown to reduce blood cholesterol
High Cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 1.5 to 2.4g plant sterols
Two Zerochol tablets contain 1.6g
Directions for use in Adults: 2-3 tablets daily of which 2 should be with the main meal of the day
Do not take more than 3g daily of plant sterols
