We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of ordering.

Just email us at info@rocheschemist.ie.

If we have already dispatched the order it must be returned for use to Roche's Chemist, 34 Vevay Road, Bray, Co Wicklow, Ireland A98 D9X2 before a refund can be requested.

Once we have received the item in its original packaging and condition, we will issue a refund.

If you request to cancel your order/return an item within 7 days of receipt of delivery and we receive the returned item within 10 days of your notification of cancellation/return, we will be happy to issue a refund providing the products are unopened and unused are and in the original packaging.

It may take up to 7 days from the date we receive your returned item for the refund to appear in your account. We will refund you using the same method that the original payment was made (e.g. a credit card payment will be refunded to the same card or PayPal account). Please note that the speed with which the refund arrives in your account depends on your bank and not on Roche Pharmacy.

Please note: Some items cannot be returned: baby food/ intimate products
