Medicare Reusable Hot and Cold Pack
Can be used for either Cold or heat Therapy - Read manufacturers instructions on the pack before use
For Cold Therapy: Store in the freezer for 1.5 hours before use
For Heat Therapy: Place in the microwave at 650 watts for a maximum of one minute
Don't forget to place a protective barrier between pack and the skin ( such as a tea towel ) so that the pack is not in direct contact with the skin.
For external use only - Not to be swallowed
