It contains a 30 day course of 60 Vitamin B6 tablets and 30 capsules of Evening Primrose Oil.
It helps support normal mental health, the normal function of nervous system. It also contains the anti-oxidant vitamin E.
Dose: Adults: Take 2 Evening Primrose Oil capsules and one B complex tablet with the main meal.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
